The ATM is a 1x1 mall decoration. It costs 200 Coins to buy or received as a reward for completing the 
Mall Improvement! Goal. Having one is needed to complete the 
Mall Parking Issue Goal.
It provides a 1% payout bonus to any nearby housing or business. It is also one of the few decorations that gives a bonus to the Mall, Food Court and Fashion Center.
