It is available for free when placed during the  Rhythms Of Africa and takes  12 Energy to build. It requires 4 different items (15 of each) to finish. Once built, it allows an extra  2,600 Population. Collecting from this every 24 hours will give the player  250 Coins.

Player's may, however, place this in their city after starting the  Let's Samba!.
