The Arboretum is a decoration that costs 4000 coins. It is 4x4 in size and gives 16% bonus to nearby housing and businesses.
It can be found under 'Decorations' in the 'Build' Menu.
At some point or another, every player in Cityville will have been required to have an Arboretum as a decoration under the goal named 'Build a New Park'. You may delete it after, but you must have one for the Bird Doctor! goal.
