The Atlantis District is an 8x8 Neighborhood building in CityVille. This can only be placed in the 
Underwater.
It is available for free when placed during the Atlantis District Goal and takes 0 Energy to build. It requires
6 District Posters, District Drawings, District Signposts, District Wall Brickss, and District Asphalts to finish Level 1. Once built, it allows the player to complete each section of the district, which are: 
Atlantis District Civic Center, 
Atlantis District Mall, and 
Atlantis District Neighborhood.
Once each section level has been built and staffed, it will hold Atlantis Businesses (Mall), Community Buildings (Civic Center), and Residences (Neighborhood).
Currently only one can be own at this time.
This has a monetary value of 
500,000 Coins. Removal sends it to the player's Inventory.
