The Beach Resort is a 7x7 Community building in CityVille.
It is available for free when placed during the Towel-Ready Goal and takes 0 Energy to build. It requires six different materials to be collected in the specific order the Beach Resort's menu requires to finish. Only one type of material can be requested until the player has the needed amount. Besides building materials, 50 Beach Towels must be collected from Beach Resort buildings. Once completed, the player will be rewarded with 
50,000 Coins, 15 Energy, 
15 Zoning Permits, 
250 XP, and 
1,500 Goods. It will also allow an additional 
7,500 Population in the City.
Collecting from this every 24 hours will give the player 250 Coins.
Currently only one can be owned. Selling this building moves it into your inventory.
