The Beachside Suites is a 4x4 Limited Edition Apartment, Beach Resort residence, and Father's Day 2013 residence CityVille. It was released during the Welcome to San Francisco! Event.
It costs 35 Cash to buy and takes 7 Energy to build. Once built, it increases your city by 300 Population. Rent can be collected every 72 hours and earns 246 Coins.
It was also obtainable through a Mystery Crate.
On January 28th 2012, it was made available in the build menu for 30,000 Coins but with different stats (see below). The price for it has since dropped to 14,500 Coins.
As of June 15, 2013 this building was once again made purchasable only by City Cash, with the stats shown.

This version wass available to buy for 14,500 Coins and takes 7 Energy to build. Once built, it increases your city by 170 Population. Rent can be collected every 5 minutes and earns 19 Coins.
