The Carousel is a 3x3 sized community building available in CityVille. It unlocks when the player completes the goal Animal Farm. It costs 25,000 coins, 8 energy, and File:Marble-doober.png 4× Marble, 4× City Seal, 4× Building Grant, 4× Gold Plating, and File:Ribbon-doober.png 4× Ribbon each to build. When completed, your population cap is increased by 700. Collecting rent from it earns 250 coins, which is unaffected by payout boosts from decorations.
