timed (31 day) goal The Main Event. Removing this item will send it to Inventory.
The Ceremony Hall is built the same way the Red Carpet Gala. You must find RSVPs by collecting from CityVille Games Buildings. They include the Athlete Apartment, CityVille Games Center, Juicebar, Luxury Guest House, Trophy Maker Business, Visitor Mansion and Games Museum (Dignitary House).
You may also ask friends for more 
RSVPs. Thanking someone who clicked on your wall post (click the "!" on your Hall) will give them an extra RSVP. Celebrities who appear with each RSVP are random.
Unlocking all 9 rows of Attendees will give you the Ultimate Reward.
HINT: Buying one or more Juice Bars is the best way to get RSVPs, unless you're willing to spend a lot of City Cash.
