The City Sidewalk is a 1x1 sized decoration in CityVille. It costs 20 Coins and does not give any payout boost to businesses or housing.
City Sidewalks are used to link buildings to roads. They are particularly useful as unlike roads, which require 3x3 tile space, City Sidewalks only require 1 tile - thus saving space in crowded cities. You can't collect from houses or businesses without them being connected to a road or sidewalk.
It deletes without any warning so you don't get a sell price. There are many different kinds of sidewalks in CityVille.
City Sidewalks were also given after unlocking and completing Holiday Town Expansions during the Holiday Event (2011).
