Collect to Upgrade! is a Downtown and normal City goal in CityVille.
Sam says: "Show your city's true colors with the amazing new Color Arch. Finish the level 6 goal to earn 1,000,000 coins!"
Tip #2: the Color Arch Buildings must be placed in the same 'city' to count.
