The Demented Dentist is a 4x4 sized Monster Community Building available in CityVille during the Halloween Event (2011).
It costs 25,000 Coins to buy and takes 10 Energy to build. Once built, it allows an extra 1,500 Monster Population.
During the 
Halloween (2011) Sale, this item cost 16,250 Coins for a savings of 25%.
This community building is needed to complete the 
Sweet Tooth! Goal.
Some users have encountered a glitch in which they can sell this building and it will still appear in their inventory. This could only be sold 2 or 3 times, but would still go back to the inventory, after this an error message would appear if the user tried to place it in their city again stating that the item is not actually in their inventory and the page will refresh, removing it from their city, back into their inventory.
This and the Massacre Mansion are the only Halloween themed items that are still available after the Halloween (2011) event.
