The Down Town Collection is a collection of items which can be acquired by collecting rents from the Upscale Condos, Hotel Suites and Downtown Flat.
There is also a chance of acquiring these collectibles by putting them on your wishlist and either opening a Mystery Gift or clicking a neighbor's train wall post.
Each of these collectibles has a 3% chance of dropping.
This collection reward can be profitable, as every tavern can be placed (without constructing it), and sold for 
5000 Coins.
