The Firework Factory is a 3x3 Community Building in CityVille. It was released as part of the CityVille 2nd Anniversary, and can be obtained for free by expanding to it during the 
Tick Tick Boom goal.
It costs 35,000 Coins and it takes 10 Energy, 6 Conveyor Belt, 6 Hardhat, 6 Sensor, 6 Ear Guards, and 6 Eye Shields to build. Once built, it allows an extra 1,780 Population.
Collecting from it will give you 250 Coins and a 100% chance at dropping 
5x Detonators.
