The Fish Hatchery is an upgradable community building available in CityVille. It begins with the goal 
Go Fish! It can also be bought for 30,000 Coins.
This building must be placed in the water and it allows players to plant special Water Crops. It can be upgraded to Levels 1 to 3. Selling this building moves it into your inventory.
Level 1 requires: 6x5 building materials.
Level 2 requires:
- Mastery of Mussels to Level 1
- Collecting from the Fish Hatchery 4x
- 10 Fishing Nets from friends
Level 3 requires:
NOTE: Allowing neighbors to harvest your fish will prevent you from gaining Mastery points, and may not count towards your goals.
