The Fishing Factory is a 4x4 sized factory in CityVille. It is permenantly fixed to the Cod Cove. This has the same Jobs and payouts as the Goods Factory.

Clicking on the Fishing Factory will display a list of factory jobs. These jobs produce Premium Goods in exchange for Coins.

Get Workers[]
Once you choose a factory job, clicking on the Hire button opens a new screen. This is where you hire your people as factory employees. There are 6 positions available. Each friend hired also receives a small amount of non-premium goods based on the length of the production goal. For each position that is filled before he time runs out, you receive an additional stack of Premium Goods. You also have the option to pay 
50 Cash "for Instant Buy Out", rather than paying 5 Cash per position like the Packaging Plant.
Helping your friends with their factory work earns you some non-Premium Goods. The faster you respond to your friends help request, the better your chances are of becoming a higher ranked employee. (first come first served).
