Fortune Island is a 10x10 island in CityVille. It must be bought and placed for the 
Spare No Expense! goal. It can be purchased from the Build Menu for 
780,600 Coins.
It must be placed on an already existing water expansion. You will not get a free expansion from the goal. All Residences come with full population.
You must be 
Level 47 to start the quest that allows building the Island.

Buildings[]
Once completed, Fortune Island will have one residence, three businesses, and a Casino. The Roller Coaster, Restaurant and Arcade businesses are based on time, not the number of visitors. Each will fill in 5 minutes. The Casino acts as a Community building, but will not increase the population allowed, however, can be collected from every 4 seconds and pay out a random amount, up to 5,000,000 Coins for 
2 Energy. It can be used any time.
