Frank The Architect is a non-playable character who currently only serves as your guide throughout the game for the upgrade of your community buildings, including: City Hall, Post Office, City Works, Bakery, Bank, Emergency Clinic, Noodle Shop, Museum and Toy Store.
He also guides you in the goals for remodeling your houses.
Frank is Japanese and guides the player in Welcome The World! quests
