It costs  60 Cash and takes  7 Energy to build. Once built, it increases your city's population by  1,600 Monster Population. Rent can be collected every 18 hours and earns  300 Coins.

For Halloween themed housing, Monsters (Frankensteins, Ghosts, Mummies, Ogres, Witches and Zombies) rather than normal citizens will move into the city.

During the  Halloween (2011) Sale, it costs  45 Cash for a savings of 25%.
