The Fun House is a 3x3 Limited Edition upgradeable Amusement, Circus, and Family residence available in CityVille. It was originally released during Circus Event (2011).
It costs 25,000 Coins to buy and takes 5 Energy to build. Once built, it increases your city by 200 Population. Rent can be collected every 4 hours and earns 188 Coins. When collecting Rent from this building you may receive a collectible from the Rural Collection.
Upgrading this requires 4 Blue Grants, Purple Grants, Pink Grants, and White Grants. Once upgraded, it increases the residence's minimum and maximum population to 240 and 608, respectively, while increasing the rent to 225 Coins.
This was later released as a Father's Day residence during the Father's Day (2014) Event.
