The Garant Apartments is a 4x4 Limited Edition Apartment, Europe, France, and International residence in CityVille. It was released during the France Event (2012).

It costs  750,000 Coins and  8 Energy to build. Once built, it increases your city's population by  1,500 Population. Rent can be collected every hour and earns  130 Coins.

For some unknown reason and much to some players' disappointment, Zynga removed it from the build menu 6 days earlier than expected when it was first released.

When initially released, this costed  1,500,000 Coins to buy and increased the city's population by  1,500 Population, with a maximum of  3,000 Population. Those who purchased it prior to the change will still have these stats for those buildings. Any others bought after will have the new stats.

This Residence can be stored in the following Neighborhoods:

•  Uptown Estates
•  Harmony Heights
•  European Neighborhood
•  International Neighborhood
