The Glass Symphony is a 5x5 Downtown Community Building in CityVille.
This is available once the Community Wing of the 
Glass Factory is built. It requires 10 Metal Poles, 12 Electric Wires, and 10 Red Glass Poles, and 8 Energy to build it. Once built, it allows an extra 1,200 Population. Collecting from this every 24 hours will give the player 250 Coins.
When initially released, this allowed an additional 2,950 Population. Players who built this prior to the changes will still have this allowance value. Any new buildings built afterwards will have the new value.
This has a monetary value of 4,000 Coins.
