The Grade School is a 4x4 Education and School Community Building in CityVille. It unlocks when the player completes the goal 
Increase Population.
It costs 20,000 Coins to buy and takes 7 Energy to build. It requires 3 Marbles, City Seals, Building Grants, Gold Platings, and Ribbons to finish. Once built, it increases the city's population cap by 500. Rent can be collected every 24 hours and earns 250 Coins, which is unaffected by payout boosts from decorations.
As of May 27, 2011, the Grade School can be upgraded to Level 3.
