It is a reward for completing the Sweet Tooth! Goal and gives a 15% payout boost to businesses and residences.
Additional Grooving Mummies could be bought for 15 Cash.
This was later made available as a Halloween 2013, Halloween 2014, and Zombie Party decoration, giving an additional 15% payout boost to Halloween 2013 and Halloween 2014 buildings.
