The Horoscope Neighborhood is an 8x8 Neighborhood building in CityVille.
It is available for free when placed during the Horoscope Neighborhood Goal and takes 8 Energy to build. Once built to Level 1, it allows players to store 2 Horoscope residences. Completing and staffing the first level will allow an additional 3 more residences to be stored. Upgrading this requires 6 different materials to be collected for each of the three levels, with the amount of each material increasing per level. Once completed and fully staffed, it will allow a total of 15 residences to be stored inside.
