Jackpot City! is the second gambling-based game in CityVille. It costs 
4 Cash to bet a single line, or 8 to bet on all 3 lines. It gives a chance at a number of prizes. It was released on September 25, 2012.
It works just like a slot machine. Getting 3 matching items on one row gives you a prize. The prizes range from a few points of Energy to items previously given as large goal rewards. Buying five spins in row triples the amount of your winnings for the next spin you purchase; the bonus becomes available after purchasing five spins, but only activates after purchasing a sixth. The triple bonus only applies to the winnings from the spin for which it is activated (i.e., the winnings from the sixth spin). If you bet 3 lines it does count as 3 spins. It is possible to win a free spin by finding a slot machine while collecting from buildings.

1 Million Coins, 200 Zoning Permits,

10,000 Goods.
There are also classic houses and community buildings. No new buildings are in this set, though most can no longer be bought or earned as rewards. The first set includes: Morelos Fort, Ballet Company, Russian Hall, Casino (from Mafia Wars 2), Elevator Company, Pantheon (Landmark) and the Zeppelin (Landmark).
Removal will delete the buildings. Be careful around any buildings you win, as they cannot be replaced.
