The Japan Passport Stamp was released during the Japan Event and 
Welcome The World! Saga. They are gathered and redeemed for special edition items in the 
Japanese Embassy. In the Embassy you can post to the Feed to ask for more, and make direct requests. You can actually visit any embassy by clicking one and using the menu.
They can be bought with City Cash and sent as gifts. Also they are randomly dropped when collecting from the 
Tokyo Cargo route.
