Cost and efficiency[]
The Lake House is one of three residences so far that can be collected every two hours, the other two are the Spring Bungalow and the Midtown Apartments. Of the three, the Lake House has a the highest rent by far, but holds the least amount of residents. The Midtown Apartments requires you to be level 53 to unlock- and costs over a million coins to build. The Lake House has no requirements to unlock it, but costs 10 city cash to build making it easier to build than the Midtown Apartments. But the Spring Bungalow is easier to build than the lake house, it has no population requirements and costs only 9,000 coins to build.
Compared to other housing, the Lake House produces a high rent for how quickly it can be collected and for how many residents it holds. It's base rent gives you more coins than any housing that can be collected every four hours or even every 8 hours (so far).
