The Marina is a 4x4 community building in CityVille. It was previously unlocked after completing the Pool Pigeon Goal, however this goal was removed on October 25, 2011. It costs 60,000 coins and 10 energy to build. To finish the building, you need 4 Staff Members. When completed, your population cap is increased by 1400.
It is upgradeable, you can upgrade it to level 2 and level 3. See Marina level 2 and Marina level 3.
This building needs to be placed on land and sea edge to build.
