A Fully Completed Modern Home
Modern Homes are customizable residences released in CityVille on May 10, 2012. They are available to players 
Level 23+, or can be unlocked for 
30 Cash. The first one can be placed from the 
Custom Homes! goal.
This residence can be customized to hold up to 
6,900 Population. Additional Modern Homes can be purchased from the Build Menu for 
42,000 Coins. Rent can be collected every hour, and the payout may vary depending on how you've customized the home. They are all 4x4 in size, and the ground floor takes 
4 Energy to build.
For each upgrade, there are three different styles of floors. The player has a choice of which style they would like. Each style varies in amount of population housed and rent payout, and the style that gives the most of those also requires a greater amount of materials. There are a total of 81 different combinations.
Unlike most building materials, it takes 24 hours before you can ask for them again. And unlike most residences, Modern Homes do not collect bonuses from Decorations.
These residences cannot be stored in any Neighborhoods.
