The Money Vault is a 4x4 community building in CityVille. This is a new type of item in that it costs $10 US in actual currency, and drops City Cash in return.
Upon purchase you will be given 
90 Cash. After that you can collect 3 Cash per day from it for up to 30 days. When the month runs out, the Money Vault will become a regular community building. It allows 500 Population
The return, if you collect every day, comes out to $10 for 180 Cash.
Removal sends it to inventory.
