Sam says: "Now that you've built your Downtown, let's give it a name that people will remember! It'll be the talk of the town!"
Note: Players who have been affected by the bug which renamed their Downtown "New Town" can have this fixed by contacting Zynga and asking them (nicely) to rename it to it's proper name.
