Nessi is a 2x8 decoration in CityVille.
It is available for free when placed during the Don't Be Shy! Goal. Clicking on Nessi itself will give you the menu to upgrade it. Removal sends it back to your inventory.
Increasing Nessi's level increases both the bonus percentage and area of effect.
Nessi can only be placed in the main city and must be in water. Collecting from 'Nessi Buildings' will give you a random chance at one of the building materials. The more expensive ones may drop rarer Flowers. You can also ask for one - by posting a random flower on the wall - every 2 hours.
The flowers can be White, Red, Blue, Silver, Gold or Rainbow.
All building materials will be erased from inventory as soon as you complete a level. You can't stockpile them. For example: If you have 12 White Flowers, and need 8 to complete a level, your total will still be reduced to zero.
Removal sends Nessi to Inventory.
