It costs 150,000 Coins to buy and takes 6 Energy to build. It requires 6 Staff Members to finish. Once built, it allows an extra 1,780 Population. Collecting from this every 24 hours will give the player 250 Coins.
This was later released as a Quicksand Mirage community building.
