Observe The Night Sky is a timed game-wide goal in CityVille. It is the first goal of Act 2 of the 
Welcome To Horoscope Anniversary! Saga. Players have until December 20, 2014 to complete the questline.
Sam says: "We are calling for people from all over the world to join us to observe the beautiful night sky."
