The Pacifica Opera House is a 8x8 sized Wonder in CityVille. It can be placed on land or in the water. It allows up to 
4,000 Population when complete.
The Pacifica Opera House gives a temporary citywide payout bonus of:
- 100x payout to Housing, Neighborhoods, Hotels
- 200x payout to Attractions.
It requires 3 Energy to activate the bonus effect, which will last for 3 minutes. You have the option to spend 
10 Cash to add 30 seconds to the timer and also get 10 Energy. During this period, the affected buildings will have sparkles around them. This can be placed on water.
In order to open the Pacifica Opera House again, you need to either wait 72 hours, collect 12 Keys by asking neighbors through wall posts, or spend 60 Cash.
Removing this item will return it to your inventory.
The Pacifica Opera House is modeled after the Sydney Opera House in Sydney, Australia.
To upgrade Your Wonder You have to collect Blueprints from Friends or Wonder-Themed Buildings. They are the Wonder Balloon Tours, Coliseum, Midtown Central Clock, Keukenhof Gardens, Pacifica Opera House Light Show, Lighthouse Of Alexandria and the Forbidden House. Only 2 of the buildings are available for Coins, the rest are City Cash. The Cash buildings collect more quickly and have a better drop chance.
