The Poltergeist House is a 4×4 sized Monster Residence available in CityVille during the Halloween Event (2011). During the event, Monsters (Frankensteins, Ghosts, Mummies, Ogres, Witches and Zombies) rather than normal citizens moved into the city. It is unlocked for purchase after reaching  1,500 Monster Population.

It costs  270,000 Coins to buy and takes  8 Energy to build. Once built, it increases your city by  450 Monster Population. Rent can be collected every 18 hours and earns  293 Coins.

During the  Halloween (2011) Sale, it costs  189,000 Coins for a savings of 30%.
