The RSVP is an item needed to collect Attendees for the Red Carpet Gala. They are posted to your wall.
If you look at your Gala and see the ! sign, click on it and thank the neighbors. This will allow them to get extra RSVPs off their walls. If they do it, you will find extras on your wall, too.
RSVPs can also be dropped by Red Carpet Houses at a rate of 50%.
