Sand Sidewalk is a 1x1 decoration in Cityville. It costs 100 coins and sells for 5 coins. It give no payout boost to housing or businesses.
One distinguishing feature of the sand sidewalk is that though being 1x1 like all other sidewalks, the sand goes out of these boundaries. If you were to put a sand sidewalk next to a building, some sand would actually be able to be under the building.
It's not normally accesible with the new menu, but it can be found by typing its name in the search box.
