You can place this item from the Let's Talk Shop! Goal of the 
Save The Holidays! Saga during the Holiday Event (2011). Removing this item will send it back to your Inventory.
Collect presents from wall posts, gifting & receiving from friends via the Free Gifts page, or buying with city cash.
As of Febuary 7, 2012 you can no longer send requests for presents.
