The Sea Shell Stand is a 2x2 upgradeable Community Building in CityVille.

It is available for free when placed during the Queen Of The Castle! Goal and takes 2 Energy to build. It requires five different materials to complete each level, with amount of each item increasing every level. Unlike other Community buildings, this one will not increase the City's overall Population allowed value. Collecting from this every 18 hours will give the player 250 Coins.

Until October 7, 2011, player were able to collect Shells from this.

This was later re-released as a Limited Edition Sand and Soccer Festival 2014 Community building during the Soccer Festival (2014) Event. It can be purchased for 200,000 Coins.
