The Springtime McDonald's is a 4×4 branded business in CityVille for a limited time. It was released on April 25, 2012 during a promotion with McDonald's. (It may only be available in the USA, so far.)
A player can earn the McDonald's Cycle Center, by mastering the business. Mastering this business requires 20 supplies, but unlike other business upgrades, no friends can help in the process. The reward is the McDonald's Cycle Center.
This version also has a limited time Lunch at McDonald's Collection. Food items will randomly drop when collecting from the restaurant. Trading them in from your Collections tab will give 2,000 Coins and 5 XP. There is also a related goal: 
Lunch at McDonald's!, which ended two weeks later.
This business cannot be placed in a mall.
If you've already purchased a previously released business from a McDonald's Promotion then you do not need to buy a new one. Your Burger Restaurant will turn into the new type when you supply it. A player can only buy one.
Burger Restaurant
After the promotion ends, the Springtime McDonald's will lose its logo brand and change to a Burger Restaurant.
The McDonald's Restaurant or Burger Restaurant has an efficiency of 5 coins per good.
