The Surf 'N Shop is a 4x4 Community Building in CityVille.

It is available for free when placed during the  Surf's Up! Goal and takes  6 Energy to build. Although listed as a Community Building, Once built, it does not allow any extra Population. Collecting from this every 18 hours will give the player  250 Coins.

When it was released, players could exchange Shells for Limited Edition Surf-related items, similar to the  Street Carnival. Shells could be collected from the  Sea Shell Stand, from friends, or buy with city cash.

Exchanging Shells for items was initially supposed to end on September 28, 2011, but was extended to October 7, 2011.

This has a monetary value of  200,000 Coins.

This was later made into a Father's Day 2013 Community building during the Father's Day (2013) Event.
