The Tiki Takeover! is an Event in CityVille which started on August 10 and ends August 16, 2011. During the event, a number of limited edition Tiki and Pacific-Island themed items were released.
The Tonga Room was a limited edition item during the event but is now a permanent business, since it is one of the Tiki businesses required for the completion of the Tonga Tower.
Some of the items were re-released on September 14, 2011 for a limited time. Some of the cash items cost more than the original release price.
