The Tree Lot is a 5x5 decoration that was available for a limited time during the Winter Event (2010). It cost 2,000 Coins and was originally released without any bonus. It now gives a 1% payout bonus to residences and businesses. This item is no longer available for purchase.
Since it is 5x5 in size and gives only a 1% payout boost, it is likely the worst payout per square in the game at .04%.
Other Tree Lots[]
This shouldn't be confused with the other Tree Lots in the game. The reward for completing the 
That's A Wrap! is the Tree Lot business. The "Holiday Tree Lot" is also a business that can be purchased from the Build Menu during the Winter Event (2011).
