Universal Quest Parts can be used when you have a goal and need an item from other players. If you can use Universal Quest Parts you get an extra button under the "Post for help"-button. The button that then appears is the "Use Universal Quest Part"-button. This button is green when you could an Universal Quest Part. If you have 0 Universal Quest Parts then is the button gray.
