The Visual Art Academy is a 4x4 sized community building available in CityVille for a limited time. It was released as a part of the Metropolis Event (2011). It can also be obtained from the Metropolis Mystery Crate.
It costs 70 Cash to buy and takes 12 Energy to build. Once built, it allows an extra 5,000 Population.
