Waking The Dead is a Downtown, Lakefront, Alps, and normal City goal in CityVille. It is the second goal of Act 1 of the 
Happy Halloween! Saga. Players have until November 7, 2011 to complete the questline.
Vlad says: "We'd love to have a Ghoulish Graveyard in the city so we can rest in peace. By the way, do you have any spare coffins?"
