The Watch Tower is a 3×3 decoration available in CityVille for a limited time. It was released for the Mexico Event (2011). It gives a 24% payout boost to businesses and residences, and an additional 24% to Mexico themed items.
This decoration is based on one of the towers of Chapultepec Castle in Mexico City.
