The Water Bottling Plant is a 4x4 upgradeable Community Building in CityVille. It was initially released on June 3, 2011.
It costs 125,000 Coins to buy and takes 13 Energy to build. It requires 12 Staff Members to complete Level 1. Once built, it allows an extra 1,750 Population. Collecting from this every 24 hours will give the player 250 Coins.
Upgrading this to Level 2 requires an additional 3 Staff Members to be hired and increases the allow value to 2,000 Population. Level 3 requires another 3 Staff and allows 2,400 Population.
This was later released Father's Day 2013 Community building during the Father's Day (2013) Event.
