Water Crops are underwater crops that can be grown once the Fish Hatchery is completed. Some of them require that the Hatchery be raised to Level 2 or 3. You must be at least 
Level 20 to begin.
Before growing one, you must first place a Water Plot from the Build menu. They are listed under Goods and cost 
100 Coins each. You can place them on any open spot of water that you own.
After that, clicking on the empty Water Plot will bring up the menu of possible Water Crops. A Level 1 Hatchery allows the Octopus, Mussels and Cod. Level 2 allows Shrimp, Salmon and Halibut. At Level 3 it allows the Lobster and King Crab.
